2023 Federal Legislative Updates & Action Items

Attention Music Creators, Constituents & Advocates

The American Music Fairness Act (AMFA) has been reintroduced in both the United States Senate and House of Representatives!

Let's keep last year's momentum going! Encourage Sens. Peters, Stabenow and your Federal Representatives to support Sens. Alex Padilla (D-CA) and Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) in the Senate and Reps. Darrell Issa (R-CA) and Jerry Nadler (D-NY) in the House in championing AMFA's reintroduction!

AMFA ensures that creators are paid for AM/FM radio plays by billion-dollar corporations. AMFA also protects small and collegiate radio by capping their artist pay out.
